QUALITY CONTROL
Quality requirements begin with a clear approved specification—not only a final inspection after production is finished.
Confirm approved sample, dimensions, materials, colour references, logo artwork, hardware, lining and packing method.
Follow material use, cutting, sewing, reinforcement, logo placement and assembly details against the approved reference.
Review workmanship, appearance, dimensions, function, quantity, packing and requested inspection documentation.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC CHECKS
Handle anchors, shoulder straps, high-load seams, zipper operation, compartments and base reinforcement.
Strap symmetry, padding, pocket positions, binding, internal layout and fit against intended contents.
Shell shape, zipper alignment, insert fit, product clearance, retention and closing pressure.
INSPECTION RECORD
A useful quality plan records measurable requirements instead of relying on general descriptions such as “good quality”.
Approved dimensions, tolerances, colour references, materials, logo artwork and packing instructions provide the production benchmark.
Zippers, closures, handles, straps, pockets, inserts and load-bearing areas are checked according to the intended use of the bag.
Quantity, appearance, workmanship and packing can be documented against the confirmed inspection requirements before shipment.
DOCUMENTED BUYER DECISIONS
These are anonymised photographs and a redacted buyer drawing from actual projects. Each record identifies the decision made before or during production. They show project experience; they are not inspection certificates, material test reports or a promise that a new design will perform identically.
The first white screen print looked grey. Several printing suppliers were tried until the buyer approved a white sample. The programme started with two sizes, added a third, and continued after more than 100,000 pieces in year one.

A buyer-supplied layout guided three fitted red interior configurations and their return pieces. Sample and bulk assembly photos helped confirm placement across a 2,000-piece project.

The buyer questioned whether large gemstone rings would fit a 12.5 × 12.5 × 5 cm sample. The mirror was removed from the approved direction before a 500-piece order across three PU textures.

Several heat-debossing trials were compared for a clear logo. The first 500 bags were packed individually in non-woven bags; after delivery, the buyer reordered 1,000 in two colours.
