Customer name, logos, drawing labels and personal details have been removed.PROJECT BRIEF
The customer supplied an assembly drawing and needed an EVA case that protected several lighting components. The red interior was developed in three distinct configurations. Each layout included fitted return pieces to complete the internal arrangement, so the production team had to control both the cut parts and the final assembly sequence.
The order quantity was 2,000 pieces. Photos were shared for confirmation from sample development through bulk production; when questions came up, video feedback helped the team correct details before shipment.
