ANONYMOUS UK PROJECT CASE STUDY · PVC COSMETIC BAG
A long-running programme that began with two white sizes, expanded to a third size and multiple colours, and continued with repeat orders after print and colour details were brought under control.
Customer name and logo have been removed. Volume is published in a generalised form.PROJECT BRIEF
The UK customer needed a simple rectangular cosmetic bag that would hold its products without unnecessary space or cost. The bag uses a PVC body with PVC binding, and its dimensions can be adjusted around the products intended for packing.
The programme started with white bags in two sizes. After several years of cooperation, the customer added a third size and introduced a wider colour range.

HOW THE PROGRAMME DEVELOPED
Two initial sizes were adjusted around the customer's products. A third size was added later as the range developed.
The first white screen print appeared slightly grey. Several printing suppliers were tested until a sample met the customer's approval.
For later coloured orders, three or four colour options were prepared so the customer could compare and confirm the preferred match.
BUYER DECISION RECORD
Customer requirement: a cost-conscious PVC cosmetic bag sized to its products, first in two white sizes. Material and structure: PVC body with PVC binding; a third size was added later.
Logo and sample revision: the original white screen print looked grey, so print samples from several suppliers were compared until the customer approved the white result. Bulk production and repeat orders: the first year exceeded 100,000 pieces, followed by annual repeat orders in the tens of thousands; later colour orders involved three or four options for approval.
This documented sequence does not specify a film thickness, TPU material, certification or test result. Those requirements need to be agreed for each new buyer's brief.
DOCUMENTED REPEAT-ORDER SIGNAL
Following the first-year volume, repeat orders continued at tens of thousands of pieces annually. The strongest evidence in this case is not a testimonial: it is the customer's decision to keep ordering, add another size and extend the colour range over several years.
