Choose material around use and brand position
PU creates a structured leather-look finish; canvas and cotton suit natural or reusable positioning; nylon and polyester support lightweight travel use; terry and velvet create a softer tactile direction; clear PVC supports product visibility; silicone offers a moulded, easy-clean format. Final thickness, colour and surface finish must be approved on the sample.
Define the interior before requesting price
List the cosmetics, brushes, bottles or gift-set items the bag needs to hold. Confirm overall dimensions, opening, gusset, lining, pockets, divider positions and any brush organisation. A quotation based only on an exterior photograph may omit important construction.
Approve branding and packaging together
Logo method depends on the selected surface. Printing, embroidery, woven labels, embossing, metal plates and custom zipper pulls should be assessed against material, seam position and intended appearance. Packaging, barcode labels, insert cards and retail boxes should be included in the approved specification.
Check the sample as a production reference
Measure the finished size, load representative contents, test zipper movement, inspect seam and binding quality, confirm logo position and colour, and approve packing. Record changes in writing before bulk production starts.

Answers for this sourcing route
What cosmetic bag styles can be customised?
Makeup pouches, vanity cases, toiletry organisers, transparent cases, brush bags and coordinated cosmetic bag sets can be developed from a reference or specification.
Can compartments and brush holders be changed?
Yes. Divider layout, pockets, brush holders, lining and opening construction can be developed around the intended contents and approved sample.
Which logo methods are suitable?
Printing, embroidery, woven labels, embossing, metal badges and customised zipper pulls can be considered. Suitability depends on the final material and artwork.
What is the standard MOQ?
The standard starting MOQ is 300 pieces per design. Colour splits, custom-dyed materials, hardware and packaging may affect the practical minimum.
