PROJECT DECISION

The customer changed designs to achieve a more premium presentation.

The Australian customer initially selected a different bag. After comparing the options, the customer changed to this structured black PU and clear PVC design because it gave the packaged products a more premium appearance.

The transparent front shows the contents, while the black PU border, structured side wall and gold-tone zipper create a stronger retail presentation. A recessed heat-debossed logo was applied to the PU trim for private-label branding.

HOW THE PROGRAMME EXPANDED

The same construction moved from cosmetics to hair-tool packaging.

01

Design comparison

The customer reviewed another bag first, then selected this PU and PVC design for its more premium presentation.

02

Retail cosmetic order

The initial order covered 1,200 bags intended for retail cosmetic products, with recessed heat-debossed branding.

03

Second packaging use

Before the first shipment, another 500 pieces were ordered to package curling irons using the same bag construction.

BUYER DECISION RECORD

DOCUMENTED COMMERCIAL SIGNAL

A second order was placed before the first shipment.

This case does not rely on a post-delivery testimonial. Its evidence is the customer's decision to expand the programme from 1,200 retail cosmetic bags to a second 500-piece packaging order for a different product category before the first order shipped.
