Choose the customer and usage first
A gift-with-purchase pouch, travel toiletry bag, professional makeup organiser and premium vanity case need different capacity, structure and material. Define the intended contents, retail channel and price position before designing details.
Select a practical starting structure
Use a reference image to discuss the silhouette, gusset, opening, handle, pockets, dividers and brush holders. A factory can adapt a proven format, but the sample should confirm how your exact contents fit.
Match material to the brand direction
PU can create a structured, wipe-clean finish; canvas and cotton feel more natural; clear PVC provides visibility; terry and velvet create a softer beauty direction. Consider lining, zipper and edge treatment together with the outer material.
Plan the logo where it will be visible
Confirm logo position before panels are cut. Printing, embroidery, embossing, woven labels and metal plates each work differently on curved surfaces, padded constructions and different fabrics.
Do not leave packaging until the end
Retail boxes, sleeves, hangtags, barcode labels and protective bags affect presentation, freight volume and cost. Share required artwork and packing information before the production sample is completed.
Review the sample with real products
Test the bag with the bottles, brushes, palettes or toiletry items it is intended to carry. Check zipper movement, compartment access, stability, logo quality and colour before approving any bulk order.
Keep the approved sample as the standard
Record final dimensions, material references, lining, logo artwork, hardware and packing. One approved reference makes it easier to control bulk production and repeat the programme later.
