Check dimensions with the intended contents
Measure the finished sample and test it with the products it is meant to carry. Confirm the opening, base, gusset and internal space instead of reviewing only the outside appearance.
Review material, colour and lining
Compare the outer material and lining with the approved swatches under consistent lighting. Check hand feel, structure, transparency where relevant, and whether the lining is suitable for the expected use.
Test compartments and closures
Open and close every zipper, snap or drawstring repeatedly. Check brush slots, dividers, pockets and elastic retention with real contents to make sure access and fit are practical.
Confirm branding and hardware
Measure logo size and placement, then review print clarity, embroidery density, embossing depth, metal finishes and zipper-puller details. Confirm Pantone references and artwork orientation in writing.
Record the approved standard
List every agreed revision and approve a final physical sample or signed specification. Bulk production should follow one controlled reference so that late comments do not create conflicting instructions.
