CUSTOM BAG BUYER GUIDE

How to Choose an Electronics Protective EVA Case Supplier

A practical buyer guide to sourcing custom moulded EVA protective cases for electronics, including shell, foam insert, sample, quotation and supplier checks.

QUICK ANSWER

Choose an electronics protective EVA case supplier by checking product-fit development, moulded shell construction, foam-insert capability, sample control and a quotation based on one complete specification—not unit price alone.

SAMPLE ACCEPTANCE CHECKLIST

Confirm these points before bulk production.

  • Load the sample with the actual electronics and every accessory.
  • Check lid pressure, removal clearance, zipper movement and carrying balance.
  • Approve shell, foam, logo, colour and packing in one written record.

Start with the electronics being protected

Send the supplier the actual device dimensions, weight, photos and a complete accessory list. Include cables, chargers, adapters and any fragile controls or screens. The case should be developed around the loaded product, not selected only from an outside dimension.

Specify the moulded EVA shell

Confirm the target shape, EVA hardness, exterior fabric or PU, zipper route, handle and carrying method. Ask how the shell profile will be tooled and how the supplier will control lid alignment, corner shape and closure pressure during production.

Choose the correct foam and retention system

Die-cut foam can suit defined shapes and repeatable volumes, while CNC-cut foam can support more complex cavities and lower-development quantities. Mesh pockets, elastic straps and moulded trays may be better for cables or items that users remove frequently. Review our die-cut versus CNC foam guide before approving the interior.

Compare supplier quotations on the same scope

A useful EVA case quotation should identify case dimensions, shell construction, exterior and lining materials, foam type, logo method, tooling, sample cost, packaging, MOQ and production timing. Changrong's standard starting MOQ is 300 pieces per design; the practical minimum can vary with tooling, materials, colours and insert complexity.

Approve a loaded sample before bulk production

Place the device and every accessory into the sample. Check removal clearance, lid pressure, zipper movement, handle balance, foam adhesion, odour, logo position and individual packing. Record approved dimensions, materials, colours and insert drawings in one written sample specification.
