QUICK ANSWER
Define the instrument shape, accessories, removal method and internal separation before developing a medical-accessory EVA case. Confirm the finished case with representative items; product-specific regulatory requirements must be agreed separately.
Define the instrument and accessory list
Provide instrument dimensions, photos or representative samples, cable or tube routing, and every item that must travel in the case.
Protect access as well as storage
A fitted interior should allow removal without unwanted bends or force. Check lid clearance, elastic tension, mesh capacity and item visibility on the loaded sample.
Separate case development from regulated claims
Medical-device compliance, sterilisation, temperature control and other regulated requirements are product-specific. State them explicitly when they apply; do not assume them from the case appearance.
Record a sample-approval checklist
Confirm fit, removal access, interior finish, zipper function, logo, packing and final appearance before authorising bulk production.
