Choose the shell and exterior finish together
Confirm the intended case shape, EVA hardness, fabric or PU cover, zipper path, handle, strap and pocket layout as one construction. A sample should show how the lid aligns, how the zipper runs around corners and how the case feels when carried with a realistic load.
Develop the foam or retention layout around every item
Die-cut foam, CNC-cut foam, elastic bands, mesh pockets and moulded retention each solve different packing needs. Place the product and every accessory in the physical sample, close it and check that the lid does not press on sensitive areas. Test removal as well as protection.
Confirm logo, colour and packing before bulk production
Printed, embossed, rubber and metal-logo routes should be evaluated on the selected exterior material. Approve the logo position, colour, zipper puller, lining, individual protection and carton requirement with the final sample—not from separate swatches alone.
