CUSTOM BAG BUYER GUIDE

Custom Bag Sampling to Bulk Production: Step by Step

Follow the custom bag development process from RFQ and material confirmation through sampling, production, inspection and shipment.

1. Prepare the project brief

Share product use, reference images or drawings, dimensions, material direction, logo artwork, quantity, target market, packing and required delivery date. Missing information should be identified before a firm quotation.

2. Confirm materials and construction

Review outer fabric, lining, padding, zipper, hardware, webbing, compartments, reinforcement and logo method. Physical swatches or available reference components help reduce differences in interpretation.

3. Develop and revise the sample

The first sample tests proportions, construction and feasibility. Measure it, load it with the intended contents and list revisions clearly. Approve one final sample and specification before production.

4. Control bulk production

Confirm purchase terms, material approvals, colour references and packing instructions. Inline follow-up should focus on the areas identified during sampling, particularly dimensions, seams, load points and branding.

5. Inspect, pack and ship

Final checking covers workmanship, function, quantity and packing against the approved standard. Shipment is then arranged under the agreed FOB, EXW or other confirmed terms.
